We have previously covered an essential blend for gerd and for today, we will share with you some acupoints for acupressure massage with the eo blend to reduce gerd discomforts.
Mu points, also known as front-mu points are specific acupoints located on the chest and abdomen corresponding to their internal organs (zang fu). They tend to be more sensitive if there is underlying issue with their related organs.
You can try to explore acupressure massage on these acupoints with the eo blend when you are experiencing bloating, heartburn or indigestion.

I have previously shared a Yin-Yang menstrual cycle post. It is essential to replenish Qi and nourish our blood after a menstrual cycle. So, to all ladies, it is important to include some iron rich food into your diet after your menstruation to boost and replenish your Qi and Blood :)
If you are a vegetarian or on vegan diet, it will be good to combine these food with vitamin C rich sources to enhance iron absorption.
