注意喔‼️流感季节又要袭了📢

每年年底（11月 & 12月）是 #流感 (也俗称为流行性感冒/ 重感冒/ FLU) 的高峰期。
⚠️最近这1-2个星期，在我们的诊所也越来越多病人 #确诊流感了❗
【什么是流感❓】
流感是一种 virus 病毒感染，例如：A型流感，B型流感，H1N1，等等。这类型的病毒通常攻击我们的呼吸系统。
流感症状通常包括：
👉🏻 发烧（通常是高烧，39-41度）
👉🏻 咳嗽
👉🏻喉咙痛
👉 身体酸痛
👉 全身无力
👉 呼吸辛苦/气喘（如果病毒攻击蔓延到肺部🫁）
👉 神智不清（如果病毒攻击蔓延到脑部🧠）
最有效的预防方式，除了勤消毒洗手，戴口罩😷，避开人多的地方之外呢，就是接种流感疫苗啦✅
流感疫苗的重要性：

1️⃣ 大大减低被感染的机率（高达8⃣️0⃣️%）
2️⃣ 减轻患病症状和并发症（就是说，万一中了，症状会比较轻微，没那么严重）
谁能接种疫苗呢❓
大人和小孩都可以哦！（6⃣️个月以上的宝宝就可以接种了）

剂量：
9岁以下的小孩，如果第1⃣️次注射=需要2⃣️剂(间隔一到两个月）
如果之前有打过了：就只需要打1⃣️针吧了。一年一次。

成年人：建议每一年接种一次
打了疫苗之后需要至少 #两个星期 身体才会产生 #抵抗力 哦。所以建议快快去注射吧！
