I see companies trying to use "A.I." to decide who to hire, by analysing facial expressions during interviews etc. I wonder can A.I. really replace "gut feel" one day?

My gut says no.
"A.I." will be able to identify candidates who exhibit the commons key traits of a good hire, but it will not be able to pick out the unicorns, the ones with the special something that makes a huge impact.
Why? Simple. Lacking of training data ;)

It is really not easy to give good feedback. Here are some tips!

Choose one issue at a time! Focusing on too many skills or behaviors at once is confusing and overwhelming, and can feel like an all-out attack.

Don’t be too critical or focus too heavily on the negative. Feedback should inspire the other person to improve, not make them wallow in where they went wrong. Giving a piece of good feedback with negative feedback makes it easier to swallow.

But don’t avoid real problems, either. If there’s an issue, don’t be afraid to state it.

Avoid vagueness. Use specific examples, and connect those behaviors to the impact they have.

Leave plenty of time for the recipient of your feedback to ask or answer questions and respond to what you’ve said.

We heard the feedbacks and have taken them all into consideration!
We'll be revealing pretty major changes in our app soon and we can't wait to show you!

Do expect to see changes in the interface and explore the new functions that we have put in place to enhance the user experience!
