Conceived as a deeply restorative session in collaboration with wellness advocate and yoga instructor , this special 90-minute programme comprises two segments, beginning with yin yoga with a focus on mindful breathwork (pranayama) to bring about gentle release of tension held in the body and mind. Savanasa brings this first segment to a close as the pure soothing tones of Tibetan singing bowls bathes the body, inviting a profound sense of calm and stillness while allowing its benefits to unfold.
The session then continues with a reinvigorating tea segment by to integrate our morning practice, offering a quiet and intentional moment to connect, ground, and share.
