Yuhua Zone 1 RN Celebrates National Day 2025 🇸🇬

In preparation for Singapore’s 60th National Day on 9th August 2025, Yuhua Zone 1 RN members came together to set up and display the national flags around our estate.

This initiative fosters community spirit and celebrates our shared pride as Singaporeans.

We invite all residents to join us in dressing up the estate in red and white as we commemorate this meaningful occasion.

Important updates on Jurong East-Bukit Batok GRC and Jurong Central SMC divisional boundaries with effect from 1 August 2025. ❤️

Dear Residents,

Following the formation of Jurong East-Bukit Batok GRC and Jurong Central SMC, the boundaries of some divisions will be revised with effect from 1 August 2025. ❤️

Ms Grace Fu (Yuhua)

Yuhua division will include HDB precincts along Jurong East Central, Jurong East St 21 and Toh Guan Road (Block 201 – 208, 265 – 284, 285A-D, 286A-D, 287A-D and 288A-E).

Parc Oasis Condo and the HDB precinct along Jurong East Ave 1 and St 31 (Block 317 – 328 and 342 - 354) have been transferred to Jurong Central division.


Mr Murali Pillai (Bukit Batok)

Bukit Batok division will include HDB precincts West Crest, West Valley and West Terra along Bukit Batok West Ave 3, Ave 6 and Ave 8 (Block 445A-C, 446-446A, 447-447A, 448A-D, 449A-C, 450A-D, 451A-C, 452-452A, 453A-B).

The HDB precincts along Bukit Batok East Ave 6 and Bukit Batok St 21 (Block 201 – 211, 292A-D and 293A-D) will come under Bukit Batok East division.


Mdm Rahayu Mahzam (Bukit Batok East)

Bukit Batok East division will include Hoover Park estate and HDB precincts along Bukit Batok East Ave 6 and Bukit Batok St 21 (Block 201 – 211, 292A-D and 293A-D).

HDB precincts along Jurong East Central, Jurong East St 21 and Toh Guan Road (Block 201 – 208, 265 – 284, 285A-D, 286A-D, 287A-D and 288A-E) will come under Yuhua division.


Mr Lee Hong Chuang 李宏壮, BBM (Hong Kah North)

Hong Kah North division will see HDB precincts West Crest, West Valley and West Terra along Bukit Batok West Ave 3, Ave 6 and Ave 8 (Block 445A-C, 446-446A, 447-447A, 448A-D, 449A-C, 450A-D, 451A-C, 452-452A, 453A-B) being included in Bukit Batok division.


Mr David Hoe (Clementi)

There is no change to the boundary of Clementi division.


Mr Xie Yao Quan 谢曜全 (Jurong Central SMC)

Jurong Central division has taken over Parc Oasis Condo and the HDB precincts along Jurong East Ave 1 and St 31 (Block 317 – 328 and 342 - 354) and the HDB precincts along Jurong West Ave 1 and St 41 (Block 456 – 473).

The changes are made after careful consideration of the current size and future housing development plans of the divisions, so that we can better serve the residents of the divisions. As members of the Jurong East-Bukit Batok GRC and Jurong Central SMC, we, the Grassroots Advisors are committed to work hand-in-hand with residents towards a better and more united community.
