Tampines New Waferfab Operator Interview
Training - 3 to 6 months (8.30 am to 5.30 pm)

15days – working pattern: 3-4-4-3
Working hours:
9AM – 9PM / 9PM – 9AM
(monthly rotating shift)

Basic range: $1,250 – 1,550 (depends on relevant work experiences)

Day – $8/day
Night - $20/day

*Transport provided*in JB Tun Aminah and Johor Jaya

Requirement:

1- Able to read, speak, and understand basic English and Mandarin
2- knowledge of Excel
3- Able to wear cleanroom jumpsuit, chemical and cleanroom environment
4- Able to stand for long hours (10 hrs)

基本工资为$1500
白班津贴 $9.00 每天

主要职责：
• 操作和维护塑料成型机，确保其最佳性能和产品质量。
• 定期检查和调整成型参数，以满足生产规格。
• 使用尼康测量仪、在线视觉系统和其他精密测量工具（例如卡尺、千分尺）检查和验证产品尺寸和公差。
• 监控和分析在线视觉系统的输出，实时检测生产过程中的缺陷、偏差或不一致情况。
• 在生产运行期间和之后进行质量检查，记录结果并确保符合质量标准。
• 识别并排除产品中的缺陷或问题，并为流程改进提供反馈。
• 根据需要进行机器设置、模具设置和转换。
• 确保模具和工具的正确处理、储存和维护。
• 与模具部门、工程部门、质量控制部门和生产团队合作，以实现生产目标。
• 保持清洁、有序和安全的工作环境，遵守工作场所安全规程。
职位要求：
• 具备机械工程、塑料成型操作方面的知识和经验，对成型工艺和机器设置有深入的了解。
• 掌握测量仪器、测量技术和公差的基本知识。
• 了解真空、压力、温度等工艺参数和特性的基本知识。
• 技术型人才，熟悉常用手动工具，动手能力强。
• 了解机器维护和工具保养的基本知识。
• 持有机械或同等学历的技术证书/文凭。
