Synapxe welcomes our new Chief Executive, Hee Jug! No stranger to public healthcare and ready to hit the ground running, we peek into his office to see what office essentials Hee Jug has with him on Day One.

1. 淡定 (“Dan Ding”): A Chinese term that refers to being calm, composed and collected – like a cat. It’s about maintaining a sense of peace and balance even when things are chaotic around you.

2. Family photo: A daily reminder that we're not just building an IT system or a digital service. Everything we do serves real people, impacting families and individuals alike.

3. Synapxe charger: At Synapxe, delivery starts with ownership. We own it together and we are getting it done!

As Synapxe's pioneering Chief Executive, you guided us on our first steps as a future-forward national , focused on partnering public healthcare, and enabling the healthcare ecosystem to develop innovative solutions that enhance patient care and a healthier Singapore.

The work was often tough - yet through the many tech and organisational initiatives you maintained your calm composure and steadied the teams. Always approachable, you deeply cared for our people and culture, fostering a resilient, collaborative and high-performing . You inspired us to aim higher, together.

Thank you for your vision, heart and thoughtful leadership. It's not goodbye, Siew Ying - we're welcoming you into our Synapxe alumni family! Wishing you the very best on your next chapter!
