HealthX Tech Retreat is an annual platform organised by Synapxe, which convenes senior leaders from Singapore’s Public Healthcare Institutions and global technology innovators.

Collaboration is at the heart of innovation in building and delivering impactful tech solutions for Singapore’s public healthcare. This year’s theme, Proven Impact: Future Practice, focused on how successful HealthTech solutions from around the world can be adapted to meet the needs of our healthcare professionals and patients, and how we can prepare for future innovations.

With over 40 senior leaders attending, the retreat featured practical discussions and highlighted the latest progress in Clinical AI, Diagnostics, Patient Experience, and Operations.

As we continue to spotlight the women behind our tech, meet former-nurse-turned-techie Eveline from our National Programmes Planning Office.

In her role, Eveline supports the planning and alignment of tech enablers for telehealth initiatives and national programmes such as Mobile Inpatient Care @ Home — helping ensure the right tech is in place to support new models of care across the healthcare system.

For Eveline, inspiration begins at home. Her mother’s resilience and determination in overcoming life’s challenges have always been a source of strength and motivation.

Her advice to her younger self? Trust your perspective and don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Progress often comes from taking small steps forward rather than trying to get everything right the first time.

Our hearts are full this Ramadan as Synapxians came together to give back to the community at a meaningful pre–Hari Raya celebration ❤️

We were honoured to be joined by Minister Chan Chun Sing, and to co-host this special event with My Buona Vista and Heartwarmers Volunteer Group.

Residents took part in a range of activities, from an engaging Ramadan quiz to a ketupat-weaving contest and henna art. Beyond the fun, many also brought home thoughtfully prepared goodie bags to share the joy with their loved ones.

Thank you to everyone who made this possible. May this Ramadan continue to inspire kindness, generosity and stronger community bonds ✨
