Our Synapxians visited Active Global Senior Care Centre at Ghim Moh Edge to spend time with the wonderful residents there!

We had the pleasure of enjoying bingo and karaoke with more than 20 amazing seniors who filled the afternoon with laughter and music. It was heartwarming to watch them light up during the bingo games and singing along to their favourite songs with such enthusiasm. Moments like these remind us of the joy that comes from genuine human connection across generations.

Through our ongoing partnership with Active Global Specialised Caregivers, we're committed to bringing more smiles and creating meaningful experiences for our senior community.

We were delighted to host students from the National University of Singapore Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) programme at Synapxe, giving them a firsthand look at how AI is transforming healthcare - from predictive models to medical imaging and natural language processing.

During the visit, organised in partnership with the NUS Business Analytics Centre, our Chief Data Officer, Andy Ta, opened the session by sharing about Synapxe’s AI journey— how Synapxe is making an impact through HealthTech solutions for the nation. This was followed up by Senior Principal Specialist Dr Goh Han Leong, who gave an insightful introduction to Health AI. Our Senior Lead Specialist, Koh Juan Zhen an NUS MSBA alumnus, then shared how AI drives innovation in healthcare, while recent graduate Benjamin Zhou showcased his capstone project on agentic AI to automate the extraction of actionable insights from data, which was guided by Dr Goh. Lastly, we also gave students a glimpse into life at Synapxe.

Through the various sharings, live demos, and conversations with our Data Science and AI ambassadors, the session brought to life how analytics and innovation come together to improve the quality of patient care.

Congratulations to Team AimSG for winning the MOHH Healthcare Humanity Awards 2025 (Team – Collaboration)! The project is a collaboration between Synapxe, SingHealth, National Healthcare Group (NHG) and National University Health System - NUHS , and partners from Ministry of Health, Singapore and Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI).

AimSG, Singapore’s first medical imaging platform accelerating the adoption of AI in radiology and other medical imaging disciplines, connects hospitals across the nation to bring doctors smarter tools that detect illness more accurately and improve patient care for everyone.

This is teamwork in action — showing how technology and collaboration can make a real difference in people’s lives. 💪

It's been a fun and inspiring weekend at the Digital for Life (DfL) Festival 2025! 🎉 Many of you have dropped by our booth to explore how AI and tech are transforming healthcare and improving our daily life.

From chatting with AI — our upcoming conversational assistant that gives easy access to trusted health information in the four main languages — to checking out BiliSG — an AI-powered phone app that we are developing with Singapore General Hospital for parents to screen their newborns for jaundice at home, it was heartwarming to see everyone curious and excited about what AI can do for our everyday health. 🤖💬

We were especially honoured to welcome Guest-of-Honour President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Minister for Digital Development and Information, Mrs Josephine Teo, and Minister of State for Digital Development and Information, Mdm Rahayu Mahzam, to learn about our digital health innovations!

Cyber security isn't just a concept —it's a mission of constant vigilance. 🔒

We successfully wrapped up our annual Cyber Security Week 2025, helping our public healthcare colleagues and Synapxians gain insights on strengthening our cyber defences and protecting our data! Held from 13-17 Oct, this dedicated week was filled with expert-led webinars covering topics such as the secured use of medical devices, AI threat landscape, deepfake attacks and data protection, among other emerging focus areas; contests and puzzles to engage audiences and make learning more fun, as well as an immersive in-person Experience Day featuring expert panel discussions and demo booths by leading tech organisations.
