Must haves in every household:

🍀Lavender. Diffuse a few drops to ease into sleep, add a drop to your moisturizer for a soothing boost.

🍀 Peppermint. Energize your day by adding it to a diffuser, rub into areas of tension on your neck, shoulders, and head.

🍀 Lemon. Drink with water to cleanse your body, give your respiratory system support, and help with digestion.* In addition, add to water in a spray bottle to clean household surfaces.

🍀doTERRA On Guard®. Support immune and respiratory systems against seasonal or environmental threats, diffuse to purify the air, and to give off an uplifting aroma.

It’s been hot and humid.

One simple way to bring our body temperature down is to dab a little peppermint on our neck, shoulders and wherever you feel will make you cooler! I did quickly dab on my pits while nobody was watching 😳

This Peppermint is also my breath freshener. Just 2 drops on my tongue and I feel like I can talk to the Prime Minister without getting judged. 🥳

If you are still not aware, this high natural menthol composition can repel insects too. For lasting effects, apply a layer of fractionated coconut oil on exposed skin first then you dab a couple drops of peppermint.

Since there’s eucalyptol as one of main constituents, when you inhale a drop after rubbing your palms together, you will feel your airways opening! Helps folks with respiratory issues.

I love this sleep system that actually works!

The Lavender Peace Essential Oil is a blend of the following single oils:

Lavender, Cedarwood, Coriander, Ylang Ylang, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Vetiver, Sandalwood, Tonka Bean, Vanilla Absolute

I’ve tried adding a drop of each oil (minus Tonka bean) in my diffuser and it just doesn’t smell like Lavender Peace! Still enjoyed the aroma though! Diffuse 3-4 drops of Lavender Peace 15 mins before bedtime. You may also add a drop on your big toes.

The softgel has added Tart Cherry 🍒 which is known to address folks with insomnia. If you have been struggling to fall asleep or unable to sleep for sufficient hours, take 1-2 capsules 15 mins before bed time.

The Stick comes with Valerian which has been used medicinally since the times of early Greece and Rome. Historically, valerian was used to treat insomnia, migraine, fatigue, and stomach cramps. Today, valerian is promoted for insomnia, anxiety, stress, and depression. Roll this onto your forehead, neck and wrist before head.

Using Dr Vodders Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment to address severe Edema aka water retention can help bring about relief to uncomfortable swelling to the extremities.

This mummy also had swelling on her wrists and fingers. They subsided after the treatment.

Mummy also felt lighter and happier!

Completed another round of AromaTouch Technique class. Students took in the wonders of this light, rhythmic, gentle hand 🤚🏻 movements that flow along the lymphatic pathways.

I love how 2 of them fell asleep while they were being practiced on!

My cousin and his wife were very happy with this dōTERRA gift set. He’s used a couple of oils before and knows the quality of dōTERRA. Including the fact that all three oils can be taken internally because of the high levels of testing for purity and consistency in chemical profile. This makes the essential oil very beneficial and therapeutic for newborns and mummies ❤️.

I’ve curated this gift set based on my experience as a baby massage therapist. All mummies of newborn babies often ask for support in these areas:

😫 Excessive gas in stomach, bloatedness, inability to p**p, watery p**p, cold feet.
