I’m truly grateful to my mum for investing in her health when she was younger. As a mum who’s caught like a sandwich between the older generation and our next generation kids, it can be a real struggle financially if anyone falls into serious sickness.

I do not have corporate insurance to cover any major sicknesses for myself or my kids. FYI, even if you do have one covered for yourself, spouse and kids, don’t ever take it for granted that you do not need a full and proper private cover for yourself. You do not know when you will lose the job AND the coverage. 😬

Invest in your health series is a topic I love to share about. If we love our kids, we don’t want to be the financial burden to them in the future. We have to invest in our health and wellness today so we are fit in the future 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻.

Thankful that dōTERRA Singapore managed to get this precious oil for us. It takes a lot of ginseng root to produce this tiny bit of pure essential oil. And it’s not just any ginseng root, dōTERRA found the ones from 长白山, made sure that they are cultivated for at least 4-5 years before distilling them into 2.5ml bottles.

This is definitely one bottle of oil that we can’t even purchase with money. It’s so precious and rare! Not available for sale 😊.

Helps to promote radiant skin and mental clarity. Exactly what I need. But I may start using on my son’s skin. Stay tuned for results. 🎉

While we were in Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary in Brisbane, I asked if she brought her oils out. (Actually testing a few Wellness Advocates to see if they packed their dōTERRA in their bags 🤪).

And she’s so clever to put all her oils into one pump bottle!! Great for a natural detox.

I love how we can enjoy the benefits of the pure essential oils so easily. Thank God for these gifts of the earth.

What an experience! We took a private yacht out to enjoy the weather and feed the seagulls. I’ve done this several times before in Australia, but always on those tourist ferry boats where there are multiple rows of benches. So this is definitely something different! This particular yacht has 3 comfortable rooms at the basement and with high end electronics ❤️. Is dōTERRA giving us a taste of our future? 😍

Super lovely day at the Alpaca Farm. The dark brown one that we had was called Santa. He’s the oldest at 15yo in the farm! Super adorable.. 🥰. We could exchange our Alpacas for photo op but all of us wanted our original.. hahaha!

Lunch was very yummy too. Then I rushed off to K mart to purchase a lot of stuff. Before we headed back to Novotel for our big group meeting. The update was exhilarating for all markets. dōTERRA Taiwan did extremely well in 2025! So happy for them. We are also looking forward to a big breakthrough in our SEA markets with new products coming in.

We decided not to join the tour for dinner as we wanted to walk around the shopping streets and enjoy the beach.

Ended the night with hot Japanese ramen. So good!!

We were so blessed with a slightly overcast skies on Day 2 while my shoulders were still in pain from sun burn.. 😜

Weather was perfect for a few hours at the wildlife sanctuary. I’ve always loved going to zoos and anywhere with animals so this was a perfect place.

Dinner was delicious and we watched a really good show throughout! Though I could only understand 20% of the performance as the accents were too strong. Haha!

We were sharing a lot of oils amongst ourselves throughout the day and it’s always fantastic to travel with like minded Wellness Advocates!

Looking forward to day 3
