Following an intense Essentials course, Dr Martin invites practitioners to dive deeper, and go beyond posture improvement to address degeneration with “Working with Adult Degenerative Scoliosis in the Pilates Environment” this August 2025.

This fascia-forward Pilates course combines analytical concepts from Schroth, fascial elements from the Lyon Method, and foot-loading concepts from FITS in Poland and Monrovia. Build upon your foundation and revitalize your approach towards Scoliosis; let’s take it a step further and be proactive in addressing spinal degeneration.

This course will be held within the Pilates Environment with the Reformer, Trapeze Table and Jump Board, among other modalities.
