Kids Yoga Teacher Workshop with Andrea

Have fun and be creative with your yoga teaching! Learn how to teach yoga to kids of all ages from toddlers to teens, Learn physiology what’s different for kids, as well as yoga philosophy and how to apply them to younger practictioners.

Classroom management and creative ways to teach will be covered, as well as giving trainees the opportunity to practice teach within the sessions. Learn special needs requirements for yoga as well as different styles of learning. Join us for a special week of exciting and in-demand yoga training!

Prenatal Yoga Workshop with Andrea

Learn this in-demand style of teaching to make yoga accessible to pregnant women in this 5-day workshop. Prenatal, postnatal and even baby yoga will covered, as well as the best postures and sequences for moms to be. Physiology of pregnancy as well as psychology of pregnancy will be covered.

Learn about how yoga changes in a pregnant body, special conditions and the progression of a pregnancy. Test your knowledge of applying yoga to pregnant yogis while practice teaching in our sessions.

Introduction to Yoga will have a strong focus on alignment - mainly on creating space in the spine and releasing of tension in the chest & shoulders, using a combination of hatha and vinyasa yoga.
