Monday – Classic Hatha (Posture Alignment & Awareness)
Tuesday – Morning Flow (Full Body Awakening & Breath-led Movement)
Wednesday – Yoga with Patrick (Creative Sequencing & Deep Focus)
Thursday – Shoulder & Back Flow (Release Tension & Build Strength)
Friday – Mat Pilates (Core Activation & Body Control)
📍 Small group classes – minimum 3, maximum 10 students
