Every once in a while, I’m invited to host a private manifestation session, and each time, I’m reminded how tender and human this work really is.

We all carry hopes and longings: health, clarity, love, support, a next step toward the right direction. And more often than not, what stands in the way isn’t the world; it’s our own thoughts, emotions, and the ways we’ve learned to protect ourselves.

In these sessions, clients bring many intentions. What humbles me is witnessing the moment when control softens into trust - when the mind relaxes, the heart opens, and effort gives way to allowing. Each session is different, they reveals their own lessons. To guide that process is a true privilege.

I get to witness how the mind shapes reality. How a guarded heart hesitates to bloom. How action, when driven by fear or force, drains vitality - while intuition restores it. And by the end, there’s often a glow: awareness expanded, heart softened, intention rooted in deep trust and belief.

At its essence, manifestation isn’t about forcing outcomes. It’s about aligning your inner field with what you’re calling in - and gently clearing what’s in the way.

I don’t often open these sessions publicly. But as we approach the New Year, and as I move through the final stretch of pregnancy, I feel called to offer a few private manifestation / energy alignment sessions for those ready to step into the new cycle of life with clarity and intention. Whether you want to welcome new people, opportunities, prosperity, and directions into your lives, we can work together.

Every so often, we like to share a little life update: what we’re studying, where we’re training, and how we continue deepening the path we teach.

These photos are from James’ time in Chiang Mai, training with his teachers. Every year, he disappears from the world and dedicates a few months to go back into deep training mode, to refine his skillset, expand his sensitivity, and return with something new to offer our students.

Internal alchemy isn’t always a lifelong path, and it doesn’t have to be.
For some, one focused month of training is enough to break through a blockage or reset their inner system.
For others, like us, the practice becomes part of daily life. It shows up in how we breathe, move, heal, understand ourselves and give back to the world.

And the deeper we train, the clearer the benefits:
