Yesterday we spent the afternoon in Mae Rim, sharing music, laughter, and simple moments with the children from the Daughters of Ruth Foundation 🤍

The foundation supports girls and young women who have experienced vulnerability and hardship, offering them a safe home, education, and a chance to rebuild their lives with care and dignity.

Grateful to share a little joy through music, and to be welcomed into their space ✨

Music can be such a supportive companion in integration.

Sometimes after a deep journey, it’s hard to explain in words what moved through you. Sound can help us access emotion, soften the body, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with what felt meaningful.

This doesn’t have to be complicated. It might be one gentle song, instrumental music, nature sounds, a medicine song, or even silence.

The invitation is simply to notice:
🫶What do I feel?
🫶What is being stirred?
🫶What wants to be met with presence?

Integration isn’t always about analysing. Sometimes it begins by listening.

Recently we had the honour of the hosting shamans of the Noke Koî tribe from the Amazon. They graced us with their chants, music and ceremonies.

Deeply profound and a blessing to us all to serve the grandmother medicine along side them .asia

Qi Gong is meditation in motion — a dance between breath, energy, and awareness.

Its slow, circular movements create coherence between brain waves, heart rhythm, and breath.
Studies show Qi Gong lowers blood pressure, reduces stress, and strengthens the immune system.

As the body finds rhythm, energy begins to flow — and what felt heavy begins to move.
Harmony is a practice, not a state. 🌾

Healing happens in safe connection.

Being seen and heard releases oxytocin — a hormone that lowers stress and increases trust.
Community co-regulates the nervous system, reminding us that it’s safe to open and share.

When we gather, we remember that we’re not alone — and that each story mirrors a part of our own.

🌺 Connection is medicine.

Mindful movement meets medicine 🌵

Tai Chi invites us to move slowly enough to feel the invisible — the breath, the subtle shifts of energy, the quiet wisdom of the body.

When practiced alongside Huachuma, this gentle flow becomes a prayer in motion — grounding visions into form, bringing balance between the heart, mind, and spirit.

Move with awareness. Let the medicine move through you.

Yoga teaches us to listen — not to the teacher or the pose, but to the body’s whisper beneath it all.

Science shows yoga enhances interoception, the ability to sense inner states.
It calms inflammation, balances hormones, and strengthens emotional regulation.

Each posture becomes a conversation with yourself — where presence replaces perfection.
How you move on the mat is how you move through life.

When the mind is busy, the heart’s wisdom gets drowned out.
Meditation helps quiet the default mode network — the part of the brain that loops on past and future — bringing you back to the stillness underneath it all.

Through this quiet, the body rests, the nervous system resets, and awareness deepens.
It’s not about “emptying the mind” — it’s about listening differently.

🧘‍♀️ Sit. Breathe. Notice. That’s enough.

Your breath is a built-in regulation tool.
When you breathe slowly and consciously, you activate the vagus nerve, which sends a message of safety to your entire body.

This shift lowers cortisol, steadies the heart, and helps emotions move through rather than get stuck.
Breathwork reminds the body it’s safe to feel — and that’s where integration begins.

🌬️ Try Box Breathing: Inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4. Repeat 4 times.
