In a Yoga Retreat, we begin our mornings with active, Yang practices — Hatha or Vinyasa Flow — to awaken the body with energy. These practices enhance focus and concentration, build strength, and bring balance to the start of our day. 🌞
In the evenings, we shift into Yin and Restorative practices, activating the parasympathetic nervous system — gently moving from a state of action to a state of being. This is where the body prepares to rest, digest, and fully unwind.
Just like Nature, we are cyclic.
Honoring these natural rhythms is essential for our wellbeing.
