Our TTC is designed to support you on every level — as a student, a future teacher, and a human on a transformative journey.

1️⃣ A well-rounded balance of theory and practice.
Hands-on learning is at the heart of our training, so you don’t just understand yoga — you experience it.

2️⃣ Start practicing right away
In most YTTs, you only begin practicing how to teach near the end of the course. At True Nature, we do the opposite. You practice teaching from the very beginning, giving you plenty of time to explore your teaching style, discover your voice, and build real confidence.

3️⃣ Multi-Style teacher training
Explore Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Yin / Restorative practices, giving you a solid foundation to teach different styles of Yoga.

4️⃣ Stay in a cozy natural home
Surrounded by beautiful landscape, this secluded environment creates the ideal place for you to reset & rest in between sessions. YTTs can be intense — and having a quiet, nurturing space to recharge truly makes a difference.

5️⃣ Learn Buddhist philosophy & meditate daily
Dive into the essence of Buddhist philosophy with teachers who have dedicated years to this practice. You’ll experience guided practices throughout the day and learn multiple techniques. By the end of the training, you’ll feel confident leading meditation sessions and incorporating mindfulness into your classes.

6️⃣ Time to relax & integrate
With weekly rest days, you can enjoy the environment, receive massage, visit the steam room, or simply chill. Your mind and nervous system need space to absorb, process and integrate.

In a Yoga Retreat, we begin our mornings with active, Yang practices — Hatha or Vinyasa Flow — to awaken the body with energy. These practices enhance focus and concentration, build strength, and bring balance to the start of our day. 🌞

In the evenings, we shift into Yin and Restorative practices, activating the parasympathetic nervous system — gently moving from a state of action to a state of being. This is where the body prepares to rest, digest, and fully unwind.

Just like Nature, we are cyclic.
Honoring these natural rhythms is essential for our wellbeing.
