Inverted Yoga: Specialized class for advanced students who enjoy and benefit from learning inverted yoga poses with support of an experienced teacher.
Happy Back Yoga: Stretch and strengthen your back muscles through specialized yoga poses to target the most problematic area of the physical body - your back!
Innovative Alignment Yoga: Specially designed yoga program that ensures you enter, hold, and exit each yoga pose with correct body alignment. Teacher dedicates significant time to assist and support each student’s individual practice so that you can realize the most benefits of each pose.
Pranayama Breathing Meditation: Flood your brain, lungs, heart, and capillaries with oxygen to purify and enrich your blood and the respiratory system while also leaving your mind calm and relaxed.

Introduction to Yoga: First time beginners gentle yoga class for participants who have never experienced yoga. One (1) hour of yoga with 30-minutes for questions and discussion. Space limited to 20 participants per class. FREE on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month.
International Yoga Teachers: Specialized FREE class for community of international yoga teachers who would like to meet, practice, and share with other teachers. Space limited to 20 participants per class. Please bring a photo of your yoga teacher training certificate for verification and FREE admission.

Customized and highly therapeutic massage unique to Thailand that will assist you to resolve the deepest and most stubborn aches and pains.
Thai Herbal Massage: 90-min (฿ 1900) / 120-mins (฿ 2400)
You will enjoy a Thai massage with the added benefit of steamed herbal compresses for the added therapeutic benefit of a heated herbal poultice applied throughout your body. This is perfect for stiff, sore, and over worked muscles to relieve tension and tightness.
Thai Foot Massage: 60-min (฿ 700)
Unique foot treatment to relieve tension and tightness in the lower legs. The therapist will address over 70 unique pressure points to alleviate the aches and pains of your feet and legs.
East West Massage: 90-min (฿ 1400) / 120-mins (฿ 1900)
A combination of the famous Thai stretches and acupressure to relieve tension and tightness in your muscles with the added benefit of the long relaxing and calming gliding strokes of western massage using oil or lotion. Truly, the best of both worlds!

Professional massage and bodywork training by highly experienced international instructor. Sararut Pilakun, a native Thai, has over 35 years of experience in the spa, wellness, and healing arts community of Thailand and international locations including the USA.
Our instructor has held multiple positions as a Massage Therapist, Spa Trainer, Senior Instructor, and Spa Manager in Thailand and the USA. She is ready to train you how to be successful as a healing arts practitioner.

About Us
- Meet Our Founder
Sararut (“Sara”) Pilakun
Sara is a native Thai with 35+ years of experience in the health and wellness field. She started learning massage at the age of 9 with her mom in their remote village in Thailand. She learned in the traditional style as an apprentice.
She studied Thai folk healing, Thai massage, and related healing arts.
She soon realized her way of life would blossom into a healthy career. Sara applied herself in formal education studying massage and bodywork through multiple schools. She started in the beginner classes of 3 separate schools and advanced through to instructor level of each program. She is an approved instructor for the Union of Traditional Thai Medicine Society.
In 2007, Sara relocated to the USA were she was employed at the most well known and highly reputable Thai massage school. She worked as a senior therapist and senior instructor until, in 2015, she moved back to Chiang Mai, Thailand with her family.
While in the USA she specialized in treating clients with significant medical concerns left untreated by western medicine. While in the USA, she perfected her countless years of training and education into a successful massage therapy practice.
Sara taught the healing arts of Thailand to 1000’s of yoga instructors, pilate instructors, massage therapists, physical therapists, personal trainers, doctors, nurses, and those looking to change careers by jump starting their wellness education.
Sara continued her education by completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training program with teachers from India and Thailand. Sara has been highly influenced by the teachings of Gotama Buddha through her personal journey with these teachings throughout her entire life. Sara has lived at several temples throughout Thailand for temporary stays as a lay Buddhist practitioner.
She has now created Body & Mind Wellness Studio as a merging of all her influences, education, and dedicated practice for over 35 years. Body & Mind Wellness Studio offers Yoga, Massage Therapy, Massage Training, and Meditation Instruction.
Experience Sara’s life long pursuit of practice in the healing arts directly with her in one of her many yoga classes, in a private massage therapy session or in one of her many massage training courses.
