Five Energy Lines - Pull and Circle LOVE Into Your Organs❤️
Tao teaches that we can use the a**s/perineum region as a “switchboard” to bring healing love vibration into specific organs and body parts. In this system, the a**s region is divided into five parts: Middle, Front, Back, Left, and Right - and each direction is connected with particular organs and glands.
❤️Here is how to practice (8 min)
In each direction, we lift the energy in 4 pull ups - gradually guiding it from the lower center up into the upper centers.
🌟Middle Direction (Center line)
On a slow inhale, lightly pull up the middle of the a**s/perineum. The Middle line is connected with vagina-uterus in women, the aorta and vena cava, stomach and heart, the thyroid and parathyroid, the pituitary and pineal glands, and up to the crown of the head.
🌟 Front Direction
Inhale and gently pull the front part forward/up (toward the p***c bone). The Front direction is linked with the prostate gland in men, bladder, the small intestine, the thymus and thyroid glands, and the front part of the brain.
🌟 Back Direction
Inhale and lightly pull the back part (toward the coccyx/sacrum). The Back direction connects with the sacrum and lower lumbar region, the thoracic and cervical vertebrae, base of the skull and up to the small brain (cerebellum).
🌟 Left Direction
Inhale and gently pull the left side (up and slightly left). The Left direction is connected with the left-side organs and pathways: the spleen, part of the large intestine, left kidney and adrenal gland, the left lung, and the left hemisphere of the brain (and in women, the left o***y).
🌟 Right Direction
Inhale and gently pull the right side (up and slightly right). The Right direction is connected with the liver and gallbladder, part of the large intestine, right kidney and adrenal gland, the right lung, and the right hemisphere of the brain (and in women, the right o***y).
