First and foremost, we would like to clarify that our platform is not a home care service provider or a company. We simply serve as an intermediary connecting individuals in Chiang Mai who are seeking nursing assistants with available nursing assistants in the area.

If you require a nursing assistant, please provide us with the following details:
• The exact location where the service is needed.
• The working hours and duration.
• Information about the patient, including their physical condition, level of self-sufficiency, and whether they require a nursing assistant with a specific physique (e.g., if the patient is large and requires additional physical support).
• Any medical conditions that require special care.
• Daily activities or tasks that the nursing assistant would need to assist with.

Once we receive these details, we will post your request in our network of nursing assistants in the specified area. If any nursing assistant expresses interest, we will verify their qualifications, including whether they possess a government-issued nursing assistant certificate. For those who have previously worked through our platform and received positive feedback, we will share their contact details with you and provide them with your contact information, allowing direct communication.

If your case requires more than one nursing assistant, we will share the contact details of a team leader who can assist with coordination.

Regarding service fees, the usual rates range from 80 to 180 THB per hour or start at 800 THB per session (for 3–8 hours), depending on factors such as experience, travel distance, job requirements, and English communication skills. Since rates may vary among individuals, you may negotiate and pay the nursing assistant directly. For team-based services, you may coordinate and settle payment directly with the team leader.

In the case that you require a registered nurse for wound care or a physical therapist for rehabilitation, the pricing will vary accordingly

Please note that our platform acts solely as a facilitator and does not charge any fees for our services. We would like to inform you in advance that we are merely an intermediary between you and the elderly care workers. The hiring decision, including the details of payment agreements and all work arrangements, is solely between you and the caregiver or team leader ( in case of need more than one nurse assistance). We do not bear any responsibility for the agreement between you and the caregiver. The employment agreement is beyond our scope of responsibility.

• We do not provide nurses or nursing assistants for administering injections, including insulin.
• We do not handle severe wound care, such as sutures or complex medical procedures. We only assist with basic wound care or follow-up dressing changes for patients instructed to recover at home.
• We do not offer general housekeeping or shopping services for individuals who are not elderly or ill. Our services are designed specifically for those requiring assistance due to health conditions.
• Nursing assistants are not professional housekeepers; any assistance with household tasks is strictly limited to maintaining a healthy and sanitary environment for patients or elderly individuals under their care.
