โรงพยาบาลเชียงใหม่ ราม ต้อนรับคณะนักศึกษาจาก ศูนย์ CIC มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ศึกษาดูงานระบบบริการสุขภาพ
วันที่ 5 กันยายน 2568 โรงพยาบาลเชียงใหม่ ราม นำโดย คุณกรรณิการ์ ชมภูเทศ ผู้จัดการแผนกลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ พร้อมด้วยทีมงาน ให้การต้อนรับคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาต่างชาติ หลักสูตร Bachelor of Science in Modern Management and Information Technology (MMIT) โดยศูนย์ China Intelligence Center (CIC) ภายใต้ศูนย์นวัตกรรมและการจัดการเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล วิทยาลัยศิลปะ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่
การศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้มีนักศึกษาต่างชาติจาก จีน เมียนมาและเวียดนาม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบบริการสุขภาพของโรงพยาบาลเชียงใหม่ ราม ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่ กระบวนการเข้าถึงบริการและการต้อนรับผู้ป่วย ขั้นตอนการดูแลรักษา ไปจนถึง การประสานงานสำหรับผู้ป่วยต่างชาติ โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มผู้ป่วยชาวจีนและผู้ป่วยต่างชาติอื่นๆ ที่เข้ามารับบริการ
กิจกรรมนี้นับเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ พร้อมทั้งเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจด้านการจัดการระบบบริการสุขภาพ รวมถึงสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและวัฒนธรรม เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการดูแลผู้ป่วยและสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับสถาบันการศึกษาและสถาบันทางการแพทย์ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
Chiangmai Ram Hospital welcomes students from CMU's China Intelligence Center (CIC) to study its healthcare service system.
On September 5, 2025, Chiangmai Ram Hospital, led by Ms. Kannika Chomputet, Customer Relations Manager, and her team, welcomed faculty members and international students from the Bachelor of Science in Modern Management and Information Technology (MMIT) program. This program is under the China Intelligence Center (CIC), part of the Digital Technology Innovation and Management Center, College of Arts, Media and Technology, Chiang Mai University.
The study visit included international students from China, Myanmar, and Vietnam. The objective was for them to learn about the healthcare service system at Chiangmai Ram Hospital. The visit covered the entire patient journey, from initial access and reception to treatment processes and coordination for international patients, with a special focus on Chinese and other foreign patients.
This event was a great opportunity for exchanging knowledge and experience, enhancing understanding of healthcare service management, and fostering academic and cultural collaboration. It aims to improve the quality of patient care and build a network with educational and medical institutions both in Thailand and abroad.
