Welcome to Layla Yoga Garden, the new yoga studio from Studio Layla. Everyone is welcome to visit our studio and classes ♥️

We have yoga classes for all levels and regularly host wellness events like Breathwork and Sound Healing.

Wednesday 27th August: 5PM class has been cancelled due to the storm warning currently in place. Many students and teachers expressed concern about driving in potentially unsafe conditions. While weather conditions may be fine this evening, we have taken the precaution to cancel the class due to the unpredictable nature of the weather during this storm and to ensure the safety of our students and teachers ♥️

Our next class is Yin Yoga Thursday 5.30PM. Yin is slow meditative class focused on deep stretching. Suitable for all levels and abilities. Available in English and Thai.

Community Yoga is an all levels class, all ages, all abilities class - available in English and Thai. Everyone welcome 🤗

We’re updating our classes and times starting from next week 🙂

What would you like to see more of?

More mornings? More evenings? More workshops? Soundbath?

More hatha or vinyasa? More yin? More beginners classes?

There have been a few requests for more weekday morning classes so they’re coming soon ♥️

We’re also looking at adding a “Community Yoga” class which will be suitable for all ages, levels, and abilities… the kind of class where you can come with your Mom or your kids and we can all have a bit of fun and a nice stretch. This class will be in Thai and English so we can all enjoy together 🥰 We’re still trying to pick a time, so if you have some ideas… please let us know 😁
