Schedule and Updates ♥️

Our Myofascial Yin Yoga Teacher Training students have arrived and are settling in, ready to dive deep into a full week of Yin, myofascial meridians, and TCM study ✨

Our next Kirtan is happening on Wednesday 🥳 A big thanks to .bhakti for organising this 🙏

There are no morning classes for the next few days due to the training course. These will resume from Sunday. Evening classes will continue at a slightly later time than usual - please see schedule for details ♥️

Our new signs have finally arrived and our entrance has a new look! Thank you so much 🥳

Please note parking is at the top of the laneway next to the field before you enter our lane. There is room for a few bikes at the very bottom of our laneway on the left side (after our door and the gate) - if this area is full, please go back and park outside, then enjoy the 1 minute walk to the door 🤗

There will be no morning classes next week (8th-13th December) as our yin yoga teacher training takes place, so if you’re craving morning yoga - stop by and join us this weekend! ♥️

In celebration of Yi Peng and Loy Krathong this week, we’re offering something special ✨ From 3rd to 9th November, you can bring a friend to any regular class for free 💛

Our yoga shala used to be an artist’s workshop, and while the canvases have now been replaced by yoga mats, it retains a quiet creative energy that makes it such a beautiful space to practice ✨ It’s the perfect spot to slow down, move, and share your love of yoga with friends 🥰

A few simple details:
🌸 The offer is for you or your friend’s first visit to Layla Yoga Garden only 🙏
🌸 One free friend per class.
🌸 Please book in advance and mention your friend’s name when booking.
🌸 You’ll need to arrive together for check-in.
