Our Physical Therapists are some of the highest trained in Orange County. Our 5-Step Functional Approach ensures that we don't miss any aspect of your rehabilitation. Typically we apply a rare blend of skilled hands-on joint and soft tissue mobilization that will prepare your body to exercise. Your exercises are prescribed by your PT based on your individual needs, abilities and goals. Exercises are put in writing, and home exercises sent home in video format. Located at the base of the Anaheim Hills Public Golf Course, our clinic provides a closely supervised, scenic gym environment for rehabilitation of orthopedic pre and post-surgical hip, knee, ankle foot, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand cases. We specialize in more complex cases such as Performing Arts, Thoracic Outlet and Women's Health problems. We also treat a variety of ambulatory neurological cases such as CVA, Parkinson’s, and ataxia. WELLNESS
As physical therapists, we supervise Wellness services such as Pilates, Acupuncture, Yoga, Yamuna Body Rolling, Structural Integration (Rolfing), therapeutic massage, Registered Dietitian services and Tai Chi for geriatric fall reduction. FREE CONSULTATIIOS
We offer prospective patients an opportunity to meet and discuss their pain and functional loss problems with one of our Physical Therapists. After a brief interview and exam our Physical Therapist will discuss your case with you. If it appears that physical therapy could help you to achieve your goals, the process of working with you and your physician will be discussed.
