Happy New Year!
We wanted to take a moment to reintroduce ourselves and our services!
My name is Kelsey and I opened this business in 2023, shortly after having my daughter.
I attended East Carolina University in North Carolina and received a degree in Music with a concentration in Music Therapy. I currently live in Beaufort, SC with my husband, dog, and my little girl.
For many years, I have helped individuals with disabilities from a medicinal standpoint. Some of these populations include children with various physical, Intellectual, and Developmental Disabilities, school aged students, Military Veterans, Adults with Mental Health ailments, and Geriatric individuals in Hospice, Palliative Care, and Assisted Living facilities.
Aside from teaching lessons and doing Music Therapy, I have participated in a variety of Music ensembles including various choirs, Symphony Orchestras, Concert and Wind bands, Community Orchestras (including the Lowcountry Wind Symphony), and Church ensembles. Throughout college, I also played in French Horn studio which consisted of playing in duets, trios, quartets, and full studio.
Now, I aim to bring that passion to my community. I, along with my friend Kaleb, offer multiple ONLINE musical instrument lessons as well as other classes and services upon request.

Here at KP Music, we are thrilled to team up with the Palmetto Playhouse Beaufort to bring music in motion to the Lowcountry. We will be providing a Music class every Friday at 0900. You must RSVP through the Palmetto Playhouse Beaufort page.

We are so THANKFUL for so many different reasons!
Here at KP Music we are so grateful for our family, friends, followers, and likes. We are looking forward to another year serving our community, teaching students, encouraging trying new things, and helping our friends grow in their musicality!
Just a reminder, we are still accepting students with whatever needs they may have! We are working on some new things for the New Year, so stay tuned!!!

Last night was my first concert with the Lowcountry Wind Symphony.
This concert celebrates the 250th U.S. Marine Corps birthday and honors our country’s Veterans.
I’m so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to do this! 🇺🇸I’m just so grateful! 🥹❤️

Had a wonderful opportunity to play some music for the Military Spouse Association spouse retreat on November 1!
Along with other sponsors, I had a chance to speak with military spouses about some of the services I offer through KP Music!

Life lately has been very musical.
From playing at church to rehearsals with the Lowcountry Wind Symphony, I’m very grateful!

Hey y’all!
It has been a busy (and honestly kinda rough) couple of weeks with appointments and traveling, but we are settled back home and ready to assist you in your musical needs. 

I just wanted to come on here and remind you of our updated prices as well as other services and instrument lessons we offer.

We have been busy rehearsing and preparing for concerts starting in November with the Lowcountry Wind Symphony!! If you find yourself in the Beaufort, South Carolina area, come check out some great music!  We will be posting concert dates for LCW as they approach.

I am so excited to join the Lowcountry Wind Symphony this season. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to play my French Horn in an ensemble again! The last time I played in any size ensemble was 2018, so it has definitely been a while!!!

Here at KP Music, we offer remote/online individualized private music lessons on a variety of instruments. We also offer other services including music theory help, songwriting, and creative writing.
All of our lessons are ONLINE only!
We offer 30, 45, and 60 minutes sessions and offer specific discounts as well!

Pay by Month:
30 minute lessons – $25
45 minute lessons – $35
60 minute lessons– $45

 Pay by Lesson:
30 minute lessons – $30
45 minute lessons – $40
60 minute lessons – $50

***If you or someone you know is interested in remote lessons but is skeptical to try, we do offer a 30 minute trial lesson for $5***
