Let me introduce myself. 👋✨
I’m Ashton Cradit — a board certified health coach, movement instructor, and founder of Rooted Renewal Wellness & Lowcountry Wellness Walks. I’m based in the Lowcountry, and I’m passionate about helping people FEEL their best in mind and body.

A little about me:
🌿 I got into this work because while navigating my own health journey, I learned how daunting it can be to put the pieces together while making changes to better my health and happiness. I know the importance of creating a safe and supported space to go through the growing pains. I have always been told that some strengths of mine are helping others and bringing people together…and it trends true through my life. Empathy is my superpower and Community is key. 
💫 My approach blends nervous system support, healthy & sustainable habits, and mindful movement.
👣 You’ll often find me out for a walk (with or without my dogs), teaching a movement class, or puttering around.
This space is for people who want to move mindfully, reset their routines, and connect deeper to their mind, body, & the moment.
Expect motivation for your health goals, tips & tricks for your overall wellbeing, class info, community gatherings etc.
