Who We Are
Boost Behavioral Services provides center- and home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children ages 2–18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities. Our mission is simple but powerful: to help children experience joy, independence, and confidence through compassionate, child-led ABA therapy.

What is ABA?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a science-based therapy that helps children build important skills in communication, social interaction, daily living, and behavior regulation. At Boost, we apply ABA with compassion, curiosity, and creativity, ensuring therapy is not only effective but also enjoyable for our kids.

What is an RBT?
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional in the ABA field. RBTs work 1:1 with children, guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help kids learn new skills, reduce barriers, and build independence while collecting data to track progress. Even if you aren’t certified yet, don’t worry, we’ll support you in earning your RBT credential!

What You’ll Do as an RBT
Provide 1:1 therapy sessions with clients
Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
Implement treatment plans designed by your supervising BCBA
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills in fun, creative ways
Collect data and track progress toward goals
Collaborate with a fantastic, supportive team that’s always here to help

Pay & Perks
Pay: $20–$24/hour (based on experience & certification)
