Full-Time Position
Medical Office- Front Desk Receptionist

8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Monday through Friday in Bluffton Office (Occasional days in Beaufort Office)

Job Overview:
Greeting patients/Answering telephones/making appointments
Checking patients into and out of Electronic Health records system
Verification of Insurance
Patient referrals
Run and Balance Day Work
Prepare work for upcoming days

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or a GED certification is required
Prior experience as front desk receptionist not required but preferred
Good computer skills with EMR proficiency a bonus
Excellent communication skills with a caring, compassionate demeanor
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be reliable, punctual and maintain professionalism

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Podiatric Medical Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will support our Podiatrist in providing exceptional patient care while managing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks. If you are passionate about health care and want to make a difference in patient outcomes, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Podiatrist during exams, treatments, and procedures
· Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment
· Take and record patient medical histories and vital signs
· Assist in casting, bandaging, and other Podiatric procedures.
· Ensure the proper documentation of patient information in the EMR system
· Assist in scheduling patients and follow-ups
· Ordering of medical supplies
· Perform basic office duties including answering phones and processing patient information
· Taking and processing of X-rays
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the examination and treatment areas
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Prior experience as a medical assistant not required but preferred
· Prior knowledge of podiatric terminology and procedures a plus
· Good computer skills with EMR proficiency a bonus
· Excellent communication skills with a caring, compassionate demeanor
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
