Congratulations to Our Newest Command Career Counselors!

A direct investment in our readiness and retention: HM2 Moore, HM2 Graham, and HM2 Brannon have successfully completed the intensive Career Development Team Course!

Their dedication directly advances one of the Navy Surgeon General's highest priorities: to Assemble and Retain Talented Navy Medical Forces. In their new role as Command Career Counselors, they are now on the front lines of this critical mission. They will be responsible for mentoring and guiding our Sailors through the career milestones that ensure we retain our most talented and dedicated medical professionals.

By providing expert counsel on advancement, reenlistment, and educational opportunities, they are making a direct investment in the strength and readiness of our force. Their leadership is fundamental to the professional and personal growth of our Shipmates.
