if you’ve been in class with Annie lately (or perhaps follow Meghan Q. on the ‘gram) you’ve likely heard us absolutely singing his praises.
HERE’S WHY👀
as a long-time runner🏃♀️ // fitness instructor👯♀️ // lover & facilitator of movement I’ve always felt pretty “tuned in” generally speaking with my body.
after welcoming my second child however, things shifted a bit (quite literally) + my ability to lead certain classes or do the things that I enjoy most felt a little uncomfortable.
not a great feeling! however, Meghan sharing how much her 💤 improved since seeing Dr. Dustin was just the push I needed to get over my initial fear & book an appt!
my first visit was nothing like I expected — in fact, I brought my husband + daughter as emotional support😂
as someone who craves information & an understanding of what’s going on in my body I absolutely loved that my first visit included digital X-rays to identify areas of pain.
with these thermal scans + X-rays Dr. Dustin was able to create a comprehensive, individualized plan to improve my spinal health — while explaining what he was doing (and WHY) every step of the way.
spoiler alert: I did sleep better🙌 but most importantly I’m able to do the work that I love & lift my kids at the playground without suffering later.
we’re so grateful to have Dr. Dustin and his awesome team here in Beaufort — and, we can’t wait for this series to grow as there are SO many new faces in beaufort that inspire us daily!!!🩵
