Infrared saunas have been shown to temporarily lower both systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
Study by University of Missouri
A study of the health benefits of far infrared sauna therapy found that a group on average had a systolic blood pressure of 130.5 lowered to 124.
Ages 21-65
Sauna utilized 3 days a week for 6 weeks (30min sessions).

What a great way to lower blood pressure!
