๐ŸŽ Medium to heavy-weight gloves

Katarah Jordan is a dynamic educator, dedicated community advocate, and lifelong learner devoted to empowering youth with the tools, opportunities, and support needed to excel from cradle to career. As the Chief Executive Officer of the Boys & Girls Club of Allentown, she leads with excellence and innovation, creating transformative opportunities for over 1,200 young people annually. Her leadership is deeply informed by her understanding of social determinants of health, ensuring that her work addresses the systemic factors impacting the well-being and success of children and families. Beyond her professional roles, Katarah is a proud childrenโ€™s book author and holds a Masterโ€™s in Education from East Stroudsburg University and a BA from Lincoln University. As a certified Master Gardener, she is dedicated to fostering inclusive environments where children, families, and communities can flourish. Guided by her personal motto, โ€œWhatโ€™s Healthy Grows,โ€ Katarah continues to inspire others to embrace growth, possibility, and the transformative power of addressing systemic inequities to build healthier communities.

๐Ÿ’ซ We are thrilled to highlight Flo Scott as a facilitator for Burnout to Balance: Tools for Thriving in 2026 presented by the DEI Collaborative!

Flo Scott is a Communications Director at PNC, where she leads the companyโ€™s Issues Management and Corporate Reputation team. A California native from a Filipino and Samoan family, Flo has lived and worked in the Lehigh Valley for more than a decade. She has been a Women's Business Council Lehigh Valley board member since 2018, and she took a three-year hiatus to serve as the Director of Communications at Philadelphia International Airport. She is passionate about advocating for women in business and preparing the workforce for future transformation.

Through their food pantry, Second Baptist Church of Bethlehem, PA serves 500 families. As many in our community face increased food insecurity following the recent interruption in SNAP benefits, the need for equitable access to food has become more important than ever.
