🌱💵 We are thrilled to highlight Jovana Villanueva as a panelist for Building Wealth and Legacy presented by the African American Business Leaders Council and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce!

Jovana Villanueva established JV Construction & Consulting in 2017. Jovana started her career in construction in 2001 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly rose through the ranks in every department. Jovana has experience in pre-construction, estimating, expediting, Assistant Super, Assistant Project Management, Project Management, and Senior Project Management. She excelled in every task. She has been the direct Construction Project Manager of more than $130 million in real estate in NYC. Jovana has worked on projects in affordable housing, mixed-income, market rate, private sector, hospitality, and high-end residential areas.

Tajai Smith is a Senior Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors, specializing in comprehensive financial planning, wealth accumulation & legacy strategies for individuals, families, & business owners. Born in Jamaica & raised in Allentown, Pennsylvania, “Taj” has a deep personal connection to the community he proudly calls home. He currently resides in Allentown with his wife, Dr. Rebecca Smith, and their 4 children. Taj is passionate about financial education and community empowerment. He is actively involved in volunteer efforts with Junior Achievement in Philadelphia & ASD schools. He also supports youth sports & development through community initiatives with the East Side Youth Center in Allentown, as well.

🌱💵 We are thrilled to highlight George Lehr as a panelist for Building Wealth and Legacy presented by the The African American Business Leaders Council and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of the Greater Lehigh Valley!

George Lehr is a Board Member of the Lehigh Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Education Director for NAHREP Central New Jersey, and a member of the Housing Counseling Program (HCP) Advisory Board for Community Action Lehigh Valley (CACLV). He is also the Partner Owner of Edge Settlement Español, based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial and real estate industries, George began his career in 2005 as a lender and banker before transitioning into title insurance. His diverse background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the homeownership journey — from securing financing to protecting property rights. George is especially passionate about serving first-time homeowners and empowering Hispanic families through education and access.
