The holiday season can be a difficult time for the bereaved. This year, AMA Counseling Services is offering a space for those that need extra support this winter. This support group is designed to help participants hold space for their grief and rebuild their identity after experiencing a loss. We will be offering these sessions through the New Years with a two-week break at the end of December.

AMA Counseling Services, LLC is excited to offer a new psycho-educational support group designed to address anger, identify triggers, and take back control. Members will learn various emotional regulation skills that can transform disruptive anger into positive change.

This closed group will be offered over the course of six weeks on Wednesdays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The first meeting will be held on August 6th and will end on September 10th.
