The Symposium this year was epic!

It kicked off with a brekkie strategy and bonding session with Josh and Ed in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.. and every morning followed suit with Josh teaching us all about and why the foot is the best technology to go into a shoe.

Instead of coffee breaks, Josh led us in mini Movement Snacks throughout the event so we never sat too long (which is a massive lifestyle "carcinogen"!)

Here are three easy ways to clear your ears doing a hyperbaric session, regardless of if you've done one before or not!

1. Talk, call a friend (ONLY BRING A PHONE IN IF YOUR TECH CLEARS IT), or yawn

2. Pop a piece of gum in

3. Valsava maneuver (pinch your nose. close your mouth, blow into your ears)

The center you choose should be walking you through these and you should always be able to ask/call for help if it becomes too uncomfortable.

Do I do my own mHBOT sessions? YES!!!

How often? It depends if I need an energy boost (1 session) or I'm recovering from something (multi-session protocol).

Why? Because more oxygen to the brain is always a good idea - especially when you have to juggle multiple things or if your sleep is struggling.
