Throwback Thursday (is that still a thing?) to March and the Parkland Community Resource Fair & Health Symposium!

With about 100 vendors participating, this was a huge success and one of the best organized events I've ever been involved with.

The Lehigh Valley Blue Zones kickoff event today was AMAZING!

The whole team did such a great job - from all the vendors, to all the food, to the events.. I was overwhelmed with gratitude for all the conversations with like-minded people who truly want to make the Lehigh Valley a healthier, happier place to live.

For those that don't know - a lot of how Elixir Health and Wellness was set up has to do on Blue Zones research. I've been following it for 10+ years, and having lived in 7 countries I truly, deeply understand what it means to live a long and healthy life.

Humongous thank you to one of my clients, Mary, who played a part in bringing this to the Lehigh Valley, and for introducing me to so much of the team!!! And thank you to the for sponsoring this endeavor.
