Our upcoming clinic backyard event will be 🔥🔥🔥!
Join us in the backyard of Core 4 Healing and Wellness for our first ever Fire Flow Performance led by local flow artist and instructor, Shane Foster.
This is event is great for all ages! During the event, the audience will learn about multiple flow implements, including fire poi, light poi, staff, and helio staff, and be able to touch and try each implement. When the sun sets, we’ll sit back and relax as Shane lights the implements on fire and performs a fire flow!
This is a FREE event! Donations will be accepted.

Join us in the backyard of Core 4 Healing and Wellness for our annual sound bath. This year, we are excited to be partnering with local sound healer, Ang Castellani, who will be introducing our community to the magic of traditional Tibetan singing bowls. This event will also include an opening and closing ceremony to round out the experience!
A suggested donation of $20/person will be collected at the door. All are welcome! Please feel free to invite friends, family, and strangers! Let’s fill the backyard! :)

Join myself alongside local biomedical engineer and probiotic company founder, Giana Jarrah, as we spill the tea on the prevention and treatment of UTIs, BV, and yeast infections, and learn how to strengthen our va**nal microbiomes. Nerd alert! 🤓 If you know me, you know I’m a course-aholic! Learning more everyday is the way in which I provide my clients with the most knowledge and empowerment for their journeys. I take my role, as an interpreter for the human body and guide for my client’s healing journey, very seriously. Learning more about how I can better serve my clients is incredibly fun for me!
I just finished this wonderful Myofascial Release for Breasts course from a practitioner in the UK. It was lovely! These techniques are incredibly powerful for anyone who has scaring on or near their breast tissue (breast reduction/augmentation, lump biopsies, radiation for breast cancer), experiencing breast tenderness (during menstruation, breast feeding, peri-menopause), or experiencing breastfeeding challenges (decreased letdown, mastitis).
Reach out if you feel your breasts are in need of some care! I’m happy to share and teach these powerful methods :)

Specifically curated upon the request of our local doula community, this 2.5 hr workshop will dive into the structure and functional role of the pelvic floor and deep core system during pregnancy, L&D, and postpartum, as well as cues and techniques to support and protect the pelvic floor during birth. All birth workers and birth workers in training are welcome!

So honored to have been invited as a guest on one of my favorite podcasts, , hosted by our very own bioengineering bestie in the Lehigh Valley, !
If you have female reproductive organs, you NEED to check out this podcast to stay ahead on the latest research regarding vulvo-va**nal care. Most of us were not taught growing up how our bodies work, least of all the importance of our va**nal microbiome and how to care for it. When our va**nal microbiome is experiencing dysbiosis, it opens the door for UTIs, BV, yeast infections, and even GI distress.
I believe this podcast should be a weekly listening ritual for everyone! Please share it far and wide with the people you love. And if you listen to Episode 9, I’d love to hear your thoughts! 🤍🤍
