✨Our First Event of 2025 is Here!✨
Core 4 Healing and Wellness is turning 4 this March! Thank you to our amazing community for your support and love - it has been an honor walking alongside over 250 members of our community on their healing and wellness journey!
To celebrate, I would like to invite you to a workshop that holds a very special place in my heart and has been a crowd favorite in my 7 years of practicing pelvic health. This workshop is called Vino & Vulvas.
- The Story Behind Vino & Vulvas -
Core 4 Healing and Wellness began in Chattanooga, TN. At that time there were ZERO Pelvic Health PTs in Chatt offering in-home care to new moms, and only a handful of Pelvic Heath PTs in the community. Knowing the needs of my community, I turned my car into my traveling Pelvic Health PT clinic and traveled to new mom’s homes to provide care during their postpartum recovery.
My very first client was my chiropractor. During our sessions together, she would often say, “Wow! I’m learning so much about my body. I wish all of my friends could be sitting right here in my living room learning these things, too.”
And that gave me an idea. I told my client that if she wanted to invite her friends over to her house, I would bring a couple bottles of wine and answer any questions they had about pelvic health.
We kicked off the very first Vino & Vulvas event in the living room of Core 4’s very first client, and it was AMAZING! Her house was filled with laughter and candid sharing as we broke down taboos together. It was powerful and fun and, as a result, more people in my community started gaining access to the pelvic health care they deserved!
When I followed my northern roots back home to PA and opened up the practice in Bethlehem, Vino & Vulvas was the very first workshop I hosted in the clinic!
I’m excited to invite you to join us for Vino & Vulvas 2025 in celebration of our 4th birthday! Come pop some corks with us as we talk candidly about all the things society says we should never talk about when it comes to our bodies - p**p, p*e, s*x, birth, menstruation, menopause, etc.
