It feels pretty surreal to me when I stop to think about the 20 years (!) I've been in this transformational work/play in various forms. The good news is that I'm still learning, constantly! In my work/play expecting the unexpected is a recurring theme. And still, so much of the time I'm not at all prepared for the beyond cool stuff that happens. When I work(play)🙂 with someone who's been navigating the maze of allopathic medicine for decades, and they breathe easily for the first time in months in the space of our first session together...and within the next few weeks they're taking a walk comfortably for the first time in years...well, I don't really have any words for that. 🥲

Here's the thing though...lately it's been people working WITHIN the allopathic medical industry asking for help with people they can't seem to help. And I know the courage and humility that's required to do that, so props to you (you know who you are). ❤️

My invitation is for anyone who's bumping up against the limitations of allopathy or whatever else you've been trying, whether as a practitioner or as a "patient"...if you're curious, reach out. I'm popping in with a quick story...
A few months ago my lower back was feeling a bit wonky - an achy stiffness that had been around off and on, to varying degree, for decades. I don't know why, but on this particular day I decided to do some symptom sleuthing. I asked my mind to show me an earlier time in my life when this particular lower back wonkiness was showing up in a really loud way, and found myself transported back to my first year of high school. I remembered how intensely lonely, unsupported and invisible I felt. And then like a lightning bolt it struck me - walking those same school halls and sitting in those same classrooms with me five days a week was the man I would fall in love with thirty years later - the man who would truly see, support and cherish me through all the ups and downs of life. Making this connection shifted something in my body. I could feel the tension in my lower back releasing and a sensation of softness flowed in where there had been stiffness just minutes before. My lower back wonks have not been back since. But if they return, that's okay too. Because I know that symptoms are not enemies; they're messengers from the deepest, truest parts of ourselves. Can you feel the stories that live in your symptoms?

My name is Anne. My joy is helping you to feel better, whatever that means for you. Maybe that's alleviating your physical pain from a chronic condition or injury. Maybe it's guiding you into deep relaxation, inner calm and profound emotional or physical release. Whatever the reason for your visit, we'll connect in a deep way that leaves you relaxed and renewed in every possible way.

What will you experience in a healing session with me?

You can expect a lovingly and intuitively co-created multi-dimensional experience that brings in both your spirit team (loved ones, ancestors, masters, guides, allies, etc.) and mine. The secret sauce is allowing and holding a vibration of unconditional love and deep soul connection.

Benefits frequently reported by my clients include pain relief, fast recovery from injuries, feeling less anxiety and more peace, and having a sense of calm well-being.

I also offer Intuitive Empowerment sessions. This is a newer aspect of my services, which I've been developing over the past several years.

Through my background in massage therapy, bodywork and energy work, I came to realize the value of an integrated approach to healing and wellness - one that sees you as a unique whole person, and addresses your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual concerns in a holistic manner.

Interweaving cutting-edge practices and research findings from diverse disciplines such as mindfulness training, meditation, hypnotherapy, life coaching, neurobiology, heart intelligence and body-mind psychotherapy, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and desires. At the same time, I ground your experience in an atmosphere of empathy, compassion, non-judgment and unconditionally loving presence.

In these sessions, I am your heart-centered companion and illuminator of your inner world. I am the Glinda to your Dorothy. The power is always within you; sometimes you need the mirror of a loving, present partner so that you can behold your true nature, and manifest more of whom you truly wish to be every day. I am honored to partner with you and witness your magnificent being and becoming.

At the very heart of all of my work is a truth that I think resonates with all of us...love really is all you need!

As you may know, these kinds of healing interactions can be difficult to describe in words. So please allow me to share with you an EXPERIENCE! In-person and remote sessions are available.

My background:

I trained in the three levels of classical Reiki, and I've been a Reiki practitioner for over ten years. I've studied with Jeffrey Allen and Donna Eden, both widely regarded as masters in the field of energy work. I'm also a holistic massage therapist with over a decade of experience. Most recently, I studied/worked with Diomira D'Agostino and Faery Light Mystery School.

Remote Healing FAQ

Q: How do your remote sessions work? Do I need to be in contact with you (phone or Skype etc.) during the session?

A: We won't be in contact (in the literal sense) during the session. We'll set up a time that works for you, when you're able to lie down and relax for about an hour. I just need to tune into your energy in order to do the session.
