I have some great news!! Starting in September I will be in office on Wednesdays 2-6 PM in addition to Fridays.

The month of June marks 11 years in business!!! I would not be here if it wasn’t for my amazing loyal clients. As a thank you for the whole month of June I’m offering my clients FREE aromatherapy on your next massage session.

I do not always travel with my essential oils, so If your scheduled for a home visit and would like the aromatherapy add on, please let me know prior to your visit and we can discuss what scent you would like and I will make sure to have it available for your session.

Cold Stone Therapy...

What is Cold Stone Massage Therapy?

Using smooth, chilled stones to help relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and promote healing. The cold temperature of the stones causes blood vessels to constrict, reducing blood flow and swelling in the affected area. After the stones are removed, the blood vessels dilate, bringing fresh blood and oxygen to the area, which can help with muscle soreness, headaches, and other conditions.

Fathers day is right around the corner and a massage is the perfect gift!!

Stretch of the week.....

Happy Monday! This is a great stretch especially if you spent the weekend hiding easter eggs or looking for them :)
Hold each stretch for 10-15 seconds at a time, It can be done a few times a day.

Stretch of the week.....

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!!

When Monday rolls around once again and you’re sitting at your desk feeling a little stiff this is a great stretch. It can be done at home or sitting at your desk. Hold the stretch for 10-15 seconds at a time, It can be done a few times a day and make sure you do it on both sides even if you feel stiff on just the one side.

Massage can also be helpful ;)

What is sciatica?

Sciatica is pain that travels along the sciatic nerve, a long nerve that starts in the lower back and runs down the back of each leg.

It can be caused something pressing on or irritating the sciatic nerve or its nerve roots in the lower spine, like a herniated disc, spinal stenosis, or bone spurs.

Whether you have a job where you’re sitting or standing for to long this stretch is a good addition to your self care routine and you can do it on your own once or twice a day.
