Realize that most times getting started is the hardest part. Especially if it’s something very new to us. Here are some helpful tips for starting a practice. The best thing we can do is not to overthink it or worry if we are doing it perfectly and really just allow yourself to be playful about it and give it a go!

It makes many good points in today’s age and cautionary concerns that come with fast increases in popularity (of meditation) and its possible application without the moral/ethical/“breath of life” context of classical practice, shares truths about keeping a practice even within the complexities of modern living, and layering in small tidbits as a strategy as well as understanding there’s no one size fits all and different times in life may call for different styles/approaches. Happy 🍁 Sunday! Here’s some great info on many of the possible components that can make up many of the 100s of fun and effective Kundalini meditations. It gives hints on how hand and eye position, mantra, breath and meditation durations all work together during meditation to bring us near immediate, noticeable positive results in mind-body complex. You may see none, one or other of these aspects in other styles of yoga and meditation but combining them in that Kundalini way gives Kundalini meditations a boost of meditative super powers. All of it especially helpful for beginners, those w incessantly noisy minds as well as the intermediate and advanced looking to deepen their experience. Enjoy 🌻!
