⏳ Wyomissing Campus Spotlight 🌟

We’re excited to celebrate Wyomissing campus co-worker, Navia Bourland, who participated in this year’s Holiday Card Co-worker Art Contest! Her piece, “Timeless,” earned the People’s Choice Award, voted upon by peers company-wide through our internal channel Talk and by fans across our social media. 🏅👏

Navia shared the meaning behind her artwork:

“My artwork is an hourglass that shows we start off as children, and over time we get older. As life progresses we learn that spending time with others is one the most important values of life. We all go through the stages of life from youth to elderly. Unfortunately life is way too short, and we are grateful for the time we get to spend it with family, friends, and colleagues. Working at Country Meadows inspired me by being able to communicate with residents and hear their stories from their childhood to present is very heartwarming. Being able to share fun times and good memories that will last forever is cherished.” 💛

❄️ Bethlehem Campus Spotlight 🎨

We’re proud to share that Bethlehem campus co-worker, Debby Moyer, was a participant in this year’s Holiday Card Co-worker Art Contest—and her beautiful painting, “This is a Wonderful Day,” was selected by the Leader family to be featured on the 2025 company holiday card. 🌟

Debby shared the inspiration behind her artwork:

“My painting, ‘This is a Wonderful Day,’ was from a ‘Paint like Bob Ross’ class I took at a studio near my home in Walnutport. This scene reminded me of winters when I was younger. When things were simpler. When you could take a walk in the woods and it would be so quiet that you could hear the snow falling around you. When you are young, I think you tend to enjoy the little things in life more. I think as we get older that we need to remember that and be grateful for the little things.” 💙

✅ Have a qualifying 3-midnight hospital stay and enter a Skilled Nursing Facility within 30 days

This benefit helps cover short-term skilled care—like rehabilitation or nursing services—after a hospital stay.

Looking back on a wonderful week of appreciation 💛

Last month, our Bethlehem Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center joined the rest of the Bethlehem campus in celebrating DINO Week—Dedicated Individuals Nurturing Others—during National Assisted Living Week. It was a meaningful time to honor our amazing co-workers for their compassion, teamwork and dedication to making every day brighter for those they serve. 🌟

For more than a decade, Angela has been making a difference at Country Meadows. She first started as a PCA/Med Tech in our Pathways Restorative Care, where her passion for caregiving truly shined. 💜 Angela has always seen her work as more than a job—it’s a calling to help others.

Her journey didn’t stop there! Angela later transitioned into Marketing and Admissions, where she found new purpose in guiding seniors and their families through the care process with compassion and support. 🙌

When she’s not helping others, you’ll likely find Angela enjoying time with her family or out on a hiking trail, recharging in nature. 🌿👟
