Not sure about you all but it has not been as difficult to stay away from sugar with all you collectively by my side!
What are your thoughts?
Has it been difficult?
Have you stopped?
Are you changing some habits?
Have you started?

I have learned(for me) that over the years of trying to do moderation as a sugar addict doesn’t work. For me, I fall prey to the idea that “I” can have just one! Then (for me), one turns into an entire batch of cookies 🍪 or an entire carton of ice cream. You get the picture. I’m an addict when it comes to food. Hate to admit that fact. Maybe one day I’ll be free of this compulsion maybe not. But I want to be free of my slavery to food and start living & eating for my body and health so I can be a vibrant part of others lives as well as my own.
God has a plan and a purpose to prosper not harm.. so who am I to continue to inflict harm on myself when God created such a beautiful machine we call our bodies.
