Marisol’s path into this work started early—she began in the mental health field as a mental health technician in a residential facility while earning her Psychology degree.

She later served as a counselor in elementary schools in the Philadelphia area, and earned her Master’s in Community & Trauma Counseling (Thomas Jefferson University, 2021).

Her experience across residential, school, and in-home settings means she understands that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—and she meets you where you are with care and respect.

• Fatigue

Anger Isn’t the Enemy (it’s a signal)

Anger often shows up when:
• A boundary is crossed
• You feel unheard
• You’re carrying too much
• Grief or fear is underneath

Pause + Name it.
“I’m angry… and I think it’s because I feel ____.”
Naming the emotion reduces intensity and helps you respond instead of react.

Share this with someone who thinks anger = “bad.”
