Our Community Event Center was filled with incredible aromas and even better company during our Spoonful of Comfort class today! 🌿✨

Residents had the opportunity to sample a variety of pesto— from classic basil to sundried tomato, and Kalamata olives.

To complement the tastings, our residents Kate, Betsy & Jim prepared a comforting seasonal minestrone soup that brought everyone together around the table. 🍲

After gathering inspiration and flavors, the class came together as a community to create their own winter-inspired minestrone to take home and enjoy.

Our residents enjoyed a happy hour filled with laughter and amazing food today. When 3:00PM hit, they were treated to beer, wine and quite the array of small bites! From Oyster Rockefeller to chicken and waffles.... this is what retirement is all about! Our incredible dining staff did an amazing job keeping the food flowing as the line formed.

Our team members spent the afternoon touring one of our beautifully renovated cottages, which was renovated over the past five months.

From the first design renderings to the final finishing touches, every detail was intentionally curated to create a warm, welcoming, and inspiring space. Last week, our residents with the help of Gallivanting Greenhouse our residents transformed wine bottles into beautiful succulent terrariums & the results were stunning! With a little soil, a few carefully chosen succulents, moss, and decor, each resident created a one-of-a-kind terrarium to brighten their space.
