Today, we honor the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr., who reminded us that progress is built through courage, compassion, and community.

In recovery, these same principles matter. Growth often requires perseverance, self-compassion, and support from others. Every step forward, no matter how small, contributes to a stronger, healthier future.

On this day, take a moment to reflect on the impact of kindness, justice, and understanding in your own life and recovery journey.
