Many adults and students are stuck on tablets and computers during the day, which causes "tech neck" - or forward head posture. The Sphinx pose can help stretch the neck and upper back, and counteract the forward head posture by opening up the chest and bring the head back.

Lay flat on your stomach with your elbows under your shoulders. Gently begin to press hands into the ground, inhale and engage your core as you lift up through your chest. Relax your shoulders from your ears, and keep the neck long without sticking your chin out. Relax and stay here for 5 inhales and exhales before slowly lowering the chest to the ground. Keep your hips and core engaged to avoid aggravating lower back.

Cat Cow pose is a great to help manage your stress levels, which in turn helps your immune system work at its optimal level!

Start on hands and knees, and then drop your stomach and lift your head toward the ceiling as you inhale (cow pose). Then, as you are exhaling, round the back and drop your head (cat pose). Go back and forth between the two poses for 2-3 minutes, and take your time with it!
