Tomorrow evening, we’re opening our doors for a free Community Sound + Meditation to support anyone who needs stillness, grounding, or togetherness.
In times of heaviness, community becomes our anchor. This gentle, restorative session invites you into a space of stillness, grounding, and collective care. Through calming sound frequencies, guided breath, and quiet meditation, you’ll be supported in softening the body, steadying the mind, and reconnecting to your inner landscape.
This class is designed for anyone seeking a moment to breathe — whether you’re moving through your own emotions, sensing the weight of the world around you, or simply craving a peaceful pause. No experience is required. Come as you are, wear whatever feels comfortable, and allow the vibration of sound and the steadiness of community to help you land.
This will be a gentle, supportive gathering — no expectations, no performance, just a space to exhale and connect with others who are moving through the weight of these moments too.
