Spring sports are almost here.
The athletes who stay healthy and perform all season are usually the ones who prepared before the season started.
A preseason screen helps:
▪ SET A BASELINE - know where you start so we can track progress and have a baseline for return-to-sport plans after injury
▪ IDENTIFY WEAKNESSES - identify weak areas early, before they turn into bigger problems.
▪ BUILD A PLAN & SET GOALS - we don't guess or provide generic recommendations; we assess and measure so we can create a plan built around the individual athlete.
