There are three kinds of age: chronological, biological, and psychological. We embrace the psychological, as it seems to be the most powerful. If you believe you are getting old; you will feel old and get old. If you think you are sick and tired of things; you will get sick and tired. Thoughts and feelings are energy-you are energy, sometimes consolidated into matter particulates, but still energy. It's just physics.

It has been quite a while since I've held classes at Green Dragon, but Nhan and I are renewing that practice. Coming up will be meditation and qigong classes. You may sign up for available classes online similar to the way you book a treatment. The first meditation class will be Oct 20th at noon with Nhan.

Lol, a lot of questions in regard to my previous post. So, yes, Nhan and I walked away from all the Delta lines. Rented the truck and drove 19 hours back to MN. While I drove Nhan made phone calls to move patients in the schedule for Tuesday morning. We got home at 9:30am and yes, we opened the clinic at 1pm. Are we a little crazy? maybe, but that's why we accept other people's crazy so well🤣

Nhàn and I went to a qigong intensive workshop in NC this weekend.. Thanks to Delta being less than stellar...we ended up on a side quest.

Do not be complacent in the concept that if our vehicles are not in the lot, we are not in the clinic. Now that we have a bike rack, there will be days where we bike in to work.
