Last night my husband had to go to the ER for pneumonia and an asthma attack. After a couple breathing treatments and more steroids and antibiotics he was doing better so we got to come home, thankfully. I made some infused spa towels and an essential oil roll-on for breathing while also diffusing thieves oil in the air. I'm gonna do a headache and sinus treatment for him as well. Tis the season! What do you do for your fam when they get sick??
