Breathwork Magic! ✨
OMG! This week I had the most BLISSFUL Effiji Breathwork session guided by the amazing Sarah Charmoli—and wow, I did NOT expect what unfolded!
The first hour of breathing was definitely a challenge, but it was sooo worth it. When I returned to my normal breath, it felt like a veil had lifted and I was transported into another dimension. I felt weightless, completely at peace, and surrounded by pure love. A big, beautiful Eye appeared before me—I truly believe it was God—and in that moment I felt like I was home. 💫
It was like being in the most perfect dream, one I didn’t want to wake up from. And even when I returned to this world, that deep sense of peace stayed with me for hours.
Sarah is such a gifted, loving facilitator, and I am beyond thrilled that she’s coming to our Center on September 13th from 1–3:30pm. 🌿✨
