It’s fall in Bluffton y’all!! It’s been so nice outside and actually enjoyable to walk around old town Bluffton (no sweating involved) 🥰
This past weekend I went to and had their golden latte and it was AMAZING! Made with tea, tumeric, and almond milk, it is the perfect fall color 🍁🍂

I highly recommend you get yourself to Corner Perk immediately for a delicious fall treat 😋

Homemade dill pickles? YES please 🙌🏼

Super simple recipe:
Heat 2 cups water, 3/4 cup distilled vinegar, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tbsp salt until boiling. Once boiling, turn off the heat and add 4-5 sprigs of dill, 4 garlic cloves, and 2 tablespoons of coriander seeds. Once cooled, pour over 1-2 cut cucumbers (cut however you want) in an airtight container (mason jars are the best for this). Immediately place the fridge for at least 3 days. Enjoy 🤤

FRESH FISH 🎣 We were lucky enough to get fresh tuna from a friend who is an awesome fisherman. Tuna is a great alternative protein option to the regular chicken, beef, pork, or soy products. It is high in protein, low in carbohydrates, and contains a healthy amount of omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3’s are a big component to a healthy heart diet and help balance cholesterol and triglyceride levels. So, get out there and catch some fish Lowcountry!
