Some days, this is what running a mama-owned business looks like.
Parked in a quiet spot while my youngest little mama sleeps in her carseat— laptop open, heart full, and mind juggling everything from meal plans to marketing ideas. It’s not glamorous, but it’s real. This is the behind-the-scenes of a mama trying to build something beautiful in the in-between moments.
Running a business while raising a family and homeschooling means wearing a hundred hats — creator, teacher, nurturer, dreamer, cook, accountant, and mama. Some days I’m packing orders and planning homeschool lessons at the same time. Other days, I’m just trying to remember if I’ve eaten something besides toddler leftovers.
I pour so much into everyone else — into healthy meals, into little hearts, into this growing business — that sometimes there’s not much left for me. But even when I’m stretched thin, I know this is my purpose. It’s what I was made for: to nurture, to create, to grow something good from the ground up.
The last couple of weeks have been heavy. Hard in the kind of way that tests your patience and your faith. But even in the hard, I’m learning to find the stillness — to pause and look out the window at the light filtering through the trees and remind myself that everything grows in time.
Today gave me one of those full-circle moments. I had a wonderful meeting with someone who’s helping me pull it all together — the brand, the story, the dream that started in my kitchen between nap times and snack breaks. With growth comes change, and with change comes discomfort… but I’m learning that the stretch is where the magic happens.
So here I am — tired, thankful, hopeful — parked in the sunlight, trusting that it’s all unfolding exactly as it should.
Because this is what wild wellness really looks like:
Messy, meaningful, full of grit and grace.
Rooted in purpose, guided by love, and built by a mama who refuses to quit. Dreaming is free — but turning those dreams into something your kids can see, feel, and believe in… that’s the work of a lifetime.
