💙 ABOUT US 💙
We’re Dr. Jenn + Dr. Allie — pelvic floor physical therapists, moms, and the women behind Revive Rehab.

We started Revive because we wanted to be the people we wish we had during our own pregnancies and postpartum journeys. Women deserve support that’s real, personal, and empowering — not dismissive answers or “it’s just part of motherhood.”

At Revive Rehab, we empower women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond to thrive — no pain, no leaks, no limits. ✨

She didn’t need harder workouts.
She needed her scar to move.

Scar tissue can hold tension that blocks your core from firing—
and no amount of planks or crunches can fix that.

When she learned how to release her scar and breathe into those layers,
her strength came back fast.
Her pain disappeared.
Her confidence returned.

✨ Release before you rebuild.
Your scar isn’t just skin-deep—it’s the gateway to real healing

Raise your hand or drop a heart in the comments if your scar had you feeling this way!

⭐️High school me, college me, even young and dumb PT school me—used to think “sucking in” would help my core and make it appear "smaller"...
but all it really did was stress my system and cause me to form bad habits.

⭐️When I stopped gripping, LET IT GO, and started breathing, EVERYTHING changed.

💨 True strength = trust in your core - learn to use it right!

Tag a friend you know is guilty of the suck in who could use this reminder!

We also… dance on yachts, swim with sea lions, and maybe (just maybe) wore a V costume in public 😏

💫Taylor was referred to us by a fellow client for hip pain prior to becoming pregnant. Her goal was to fix her hip so that she could continue rising horses ( her passion) and prepare her body as she was planning to become pregnant soon. Taylor came to revive rehab throughout her entire pregnancy. Not only was Taylor able to ride horses pain free throughout her pregnancy but she felt as prepared as she could to give birth for the first time. Check out what she says when we checked in with her postpartum 👇👇

“We are great! Ben and I feel so blessed. Labor + Delivery could not have gone any smoother and I feel great! Little Cade is perfect , We are loving parenthood!”

✨we LOVE what we do and would love to help you too!

✨Walking After Birth✨

👩‍🍼In the first few months postpartum, your body’s still healing — but gentle movement in the first few weeks can help circulation, mood, and recovery.

Wondering when it’s safe to start walking after birth? Let’s break it down week by week 👣 (this is one of many options, but a good general guideline and starting place - always consult your medical provider or pelvic floor therapist for more specific info)

👣Week 0–1: A few minutes around the house or down the driveway. Think circulation + fresh air several times a day.

👣Week 1–2: 5–10 minutes of slow walking once or twice a day if it feels good. Rest when your body says to.

👣Week 3: Bump it to 10–15 minutes — still at an easy pace. Keep checking in for heaviness, increase bleeding or clots, pain, or leaking.

👣Week 4: Up to 20–30 minutes if you’re symptom-free. No speed goals yet — just rebuilding confidence in movement.

⚠️ If you notice bleeding, pressure, leaking, or pain — that’s your sign to scale back and check in with your pelvic floor PT!
