Vision means bees-ness about Halloween! After a while watching her we decided to go without the crown for her comfort, but I still think she's gonna make a buzz on her walk around the neighborhood tonight.

Okay, okay, enough bee puns (sorry). We'd love to see what your pets are going as tonight!

I'm about to make your whole day! This little munchkin is Augie, so full of energy at only 11 weeks old. We were so blessed to meet him for the first time this morning. He wiggled his way right into my heart, so I wanted to share this sweet puppy with y'all 💞

Halloween can be a 👻spooky 👻 and tasty time of the year, but it can also be a little tricky for our furry friends!

Here are a few simple ways to keep your pets safe and happy this Halloween 🎃

1. Keep candy out of paw's reach! 🐾🍬Chocolate, raisins, and sugar free treats (especially those with xylitol 🙀) can be toxic to pets. Even glow sticks and small costume pieces can cause tummy trouble if chewed or swallowed. Keep all treats and decor in pet-free zones to avoid a trip to the urgent care

2. Make sure your pets have ID with them -- a curious cat or pup can slip outside when opening the door for trick-or-treaters, so make it easy to get them home! A good tag and/or microchip can save a lot of heartache 💔

3. Dress up done right! Costumes can be so cute (feel free to tag us in your pet's halloween costume pics, I personally would love to see them) but safety and comfort always come first
* Always keep your pet in sight when in a costume
* Be sure the costume fits well and doesn't have pieces that can easily chewed off,
* Be sure it doesn't block sight, hearing, breathing, mouth, or limit movement 😵‍💫

If you have further questions or concerns about how to keep your animals safe this halloween season you're always welcome to reach out to the CVC team! Best way to reach us is by phone (843-757-1112). Happy Halloween! 🎃

These are some great guides on understanding cat body language! Cats aren't such a mystery once you understand how they express themselves through their ears, eyes, tail, and posture. By paying attention to these subtle cues, you can decode their intentions. For instance, a tucked tail can indicate fear or anxiety, while a puffed-up tail can signal confidence or aggression. Similarly, a slow blink can be a sign of contentment, while a stare can mean they're feeling threatened or curious. By learning to read these signals, you can build a stronger bond with your feline friend and respond to their needs more effectively. So, take the time to study and learn about cat body language - it's purr-fectly fascinating! 🐱💡
