Limitless Pediatric Solutions Empowering families with solutions to make their children successful. It is not always possible for families to travel.

While working in New York, Janine Bickham had extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist whose passion is rooted in Sensory Integration. She has seen first hand how Occupational Therapy and Early Intervention services help facilitate development in children.

Personally, members of Janine's family received Early Intervention and went on to master their goals and become successful students and athletes. Professionally, Janine has witnessed children's successes while providing individual therapy and leading several pediatric groups, including the following:

Handwriting

After living in the Lowcountry over the past few years, Janine had noticed a void in community based services and groups for children and their caregivers. With so many young families moving to the area, she decided to create Limitless Pediatric Solutions, LLC. Her vision was to create a company that would provide a supportive, educational and fun environment for special needs AND typically developing children who simply want to excel in achieving their developmental milestones and academic achievements.

Due to forecasted weather conditions, classes at Limitless Pediatric Solutions will be canceled tomorrow, March 16, following the closures announced by Beaufort County, Colleton County, and Jasper County Schools.

Conditions will be evaluated, and an update will be shared Monday afternoon regarding the resumption of classes on Tuesday, if possible.

Today our little engineers at Limitless Pediatric Solutions explored how roads and bridges connect our communities. 🚗🌉

Using small wooden craft sticks, the children worked together to build their own bridge between two tables and then imagined how cars would travel across the roads in their mini city. With traffic signs, streets, and lots of creativity, they practiced teamwork, problem-solving, and early engineering skills while discovering how structures help people move from one place to another.

Moments like these show how learning through play sparks curiosity and big ideas in little minds. 💡

Yesterday our preschoolers rocked their Crazy Socks Day, and today they took it to the next level with their amazing Crazy Hair Day. As part of our new study on Buildings, we learned a new vocabulary word during story time: architect 🏠📚

Each student stepped into the role of an architect and designed their future dream home — and they did an AMAZING job! From creative rooftops to colorful details, their imagination truly shined. 🌈✨
